Design challenge on social media called “The Earth Brief” for designers to create real designs (logo, etc) as if Earth is the client and share designs publicly on Instagram with a hashtag and tag IC, each week is a specific topic related to Earth needs.
Persona: Visual design professional wanting for a personal change and to train themselves to design for Earth as a client.

"ICreador is a business helping people to start a real business, a place for solopreneurs to learn how to organise ideas, files, emotions.
IC media lab is for fun and free exploration. It would give money/grants to migrants who do creative projects.
Target customer: solopreneurs who work in wellness industry or designers with holistic path.
Goal: 12 coaching clients by May-Oct, 1000$ = 1000/12=100$ per client, first programme by June, WOW experience and customer focus! When a website is ready, go and offer workshops in real schools!"

Mapped the steps we both want to teach: "Learn to live with less", "Explore your story and discover your purpose", "create something out of nothing", "encouraging people to reflect", "create your own ecosystem as a professional network"

Merging happened! Instinto Creador and KOKONO come up with a blended process where people would learn all - Body, Mind connection as a springboard for creativity on this planet Earth

Came up with an early stage process for learning creativity based on 4 learning challenges - Loving Systems, Pausing Systems, Prototyping, Co-Creation - that would feel like playing a game Mario Bro :)

I spent 0.5 hour designing this icon, is the mix of I and C. I create it based on my own letterhand writing (i write the I letter like that, like it have a long dress) and then, is immerse in a circle, the basic shape that contains letter C.

- La página llamada Free Writing la dividí en meses (empezando en Enero)
- Enero lo dividí en los días del mes y ahí, cada día escribo de forma libre sobre lo que voy viendo, reflexionando, aprendiendo y demás. Luego lo que sea más relevante o quiera profundizar lo llevo al calendario editorial.
- En el calendario editorial lo que hago es anotar los posibles posts y asignarles un status (idea - listo para corregir - work in progress - publicado), el tipo de postes que va a ser y la posible fecha para publicar

So the Q is how to connect with new people without social media for a business? Well you could go back to basics like parties and introductions. You'd need some ways of entertaining people (where is the party? and when? for who?)
Your website (blog) with interviews with thought leaders and online events about topic X could be that central place where the party is happening (where people can leave comments, connect to others).
So next Q is how to invite people to the party? Everytime you have a new interview/event. First asking 1:1 until you build up your ecosystem (newsletter list)
